From producing identities for multi-million dollar companies to designing his own ultra-modern home, Scott has left his creative fingerprint on projects across the globe.
Several decades ago, Scott’s art skills took him to the University of Kansas where he earned a BFA in graphic design. Even before he graduated, Scott was hired to work at an advertising agency in Kansas City, MO. In Kansas City, Scott continued to hone his design skills and develop his distinctive style. After less than two years in his first graphic design job, the world’s largest Christian publisher, LifeWay Christian Resources, hired Scott to work as a premier designer and moved him to Nashville, TN.
Scott quickly proved himself to be one of the top creative minds in his field. LifeWay recognized Scott’s talent and moved him into their lead design position as the Creative Director for the entire Church Resources Division. In 2005, Scott realized that while his work at LifeWay was both challenging and rewarding, bigger adventures were on the horizon.
When Scott isn’t creating some of the world’s most memorable designs, he can be seen riding motorcycles through the mountains of Colorado and Tennessee, banging the drums in his basement, building furniture, attempting to play basketball, and husbanding his extraordinary wife. Scott is also active in his church and maintains close relationships with a group of his most cherished friends.
